Booking Terms and Conditions

Booking

A credit or debit card is required to secure a reservation.

A deposit of one night’s accommodation will be charged to your card.

A booking is deemed to be from midday on the day of arrival.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the arrival date and any deposit taken will be credited to your card less £3.50 to cover administration costs.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked arrival date and ‘no shows’ will be charged for one night or 50% of the booking value if the booking is for more than one night.

Rates Quoted

We try to ensure that all rates quoted are accurate. However, in the event of a rate calculation error, we reserve the right to amend our quotation. Should this occur, we would advise you by e-mail to the address supplied or by telephone. You may then either accept the revised rate or cancel your booking without incurring any cancellation charges.

Prices may be subject to alteration without prior notification.
